Well, a Magic Pass unlocks endless possibilities for your 4D Cinema Studios Resort escape! You can: tap to pay, tap to eat, tap to enter, tap to fastrack & tap to secure your items in a locker.
How Do I Recieve My Magic Pass?
Once you arrive at the resort, you will have to visit ticket collections. This is where our staff members can give you your Magic Pass. This will be yours to keep. Just remember, keep it in a safe place so it doesn't get lost!
Can I Have My Magic Pass Delivered To My House?
If you wish to skip the line at the entrance, you can have it delivered to your house. This will come with a £3.99 delivery charge.
Can I Book Fastracks Before I Arrive?
Yes you can; via the My Magic Pass website you can book all of your fastracks. You can also link your hotel reservation to your Magic Pass & your theme park tickets. This way, you will not have to tell the staff member on the day all of this information. If you link your hotel reservation to your Magic Pass, you can go straight to your roon. Just request your room number via the website.
