Tickets

  • Do Annual Passholders receive free entry?

    Yes, if you are an Annual Passholder, please select 'Book Tickets' on one of the available above packages and on Eventbrite, select your annual pass type.

  • How do I reserve my seats for the V.I.P. package?

    Seats are allocated once you have arrived at the resort by our sytsem. Remember to bring your Studios Pass!

  • Where you I collect my tickets from?

    You tickets will be automatically linked to your My Magic Pass account. Just simply bring you and your Magic Pass on the day and your ticket will be on your pass.

Reservations

  • How do I edit my reservation?

    To edit your reservation, log into your My Magic Pass account where it says ' log ing' on the 'My Plans' page and simply select the reservation you wish to edit.

  • How do I book tickets?

    To book your tickets, please select the ticket you require above this section and press the 'Prices from...' button to book. From here, you will be diverted to the My Magic Pass booking page where you can reserve your tickets.
